SED-60GZ-H Dry Granulator. Uses crystal water in the material to directly compact powder into granules — eliminates need for liquid binder or secondary drying. Capacity 20-60 kg/h, granule size 0.5-2 mm. Roller Ø200×80 m
Funcionamiento
Powder is fed via electromagnetic-speed-regulated downward feeder into the compaction zone where two counter-rotating rollers (Ø200×80 mm) compress it into flakes using 10×2 T (≈20 kN) of force, leveraging the material's crystal water as binder. The hydraulic system runs at up to 20 MPa working pressure. Roller cooling water circulation (water temp 20-45 °C, tap water acceptable) prevents sticky-roll and protects heat-sensitive materials. Compacted flakes are then crushed through a sieve by the granulating motor to produce 0.5-2 mm granules.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Disassemble and inspect after each shift. Clean and change lubricant oil/grease every 6 months. Full overhaul every 3 years. Do NOT use metal tools to scrape material from press rollers — maintain scraper-to-roller gap at 0.1 mm.
