Funcionamiento
Granulated material is loaded into the closed forced feeder which paddles material into each of the 29 D-tooling die stations of the rotating turret (420 mm dia, 14-40 rpm). As the turret rotates, upper and lower punches travel along cam tracks and pass between two pressure-roller stations (double-pressure), compressing each charge at up to 100 kN. Tablets are ejected by the lower-punch cam and discharged via the chute. For three-color tablets, additional layered feeders and a powder-absorbing apparatus are added so layers of different powders are pressed sequentially.
Proceso de funcionamiento
