Funcionamiento

Three-vessel system: separate water-phase (35 L) and oil-phase (25 L) pots heat and disperse phases via stainless dispersion discs, then vacuum-suck both phases into the 50 L main pot. In the main pot, a high-speed bottom homogenizer (SUS316L solid-cut oblique-tooth head, 2.2 kW, 2,900 rpm) shears and emulsifies the mixture; simultaneously a bidirectional PTFE-blade frame scraper (0.75 kW, 0–86 rpm VFD) continuously sweeps the pot walls, eliminating dead zones. Vacuum defoaming removes air bubbles and prevents bacterial contamination. The hydraulic lid-lift (1.1 kW) raises the pot lid for thick-material discharge; thin materials discharge via a bottom valve (DN50).

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Sanitary 300U polish on all interior and exterior surfaces. Bidirectional PTFE scraper continuously wipes jacket walls during operation. Bottom discharge valve and bottom homogenizer enable full drain-and-rinse-out. Do not rinse air-control parts directly with water.
