Funcionamiento
Tubes are manually loaded into a magazine; an inclined chute and vacuum-assist + cam-lever mechanism push tubes one by one onto the conveyor chain holders (cup grips). A photo-mark / color-mark system (Delta 200W servo + Keyence sensor) rotates each tube to its programmed angle (0–360°) so graphics align with the seal. The conveyor indexes the tube under a piston-pump filler (Delta 1 kW servo, all 316L wetted parts) which drops fill into the tube tail-up; if no tube is sensed, fill is suppressed. The seal station rises, blows hot air down the inside of the tube tail to soften the polymer, then folds and seals the tail with a simultaneous date / batch emboss. A trim knife cleans the seal edge, and the tube is discharged tail-leading. A Delta VFD provides infinitely variable speed; a Delta PLC + HMI sequences all stations with no-tube-no-fill, color-mark, and chain-overload protection.
Proceso de funcionamiento
