Funcionamiento

Vacuum pump (water-ring, ~3.7 kW) pulls main pot down to ≤ -0.09 MPa. Materials are sucked from oil/water pots into the main pot under vacuum via suction pipes. The frame-type PTFE scraping-wall agitator provides macro-mixing while a top-mounted high-shear stator/rotor homogenizer (claw-type interlocking, wire-EDM precision-machined) shears material from the top and bottom simultaneously, breaking droplets to 200 nm – 2 µm. Steam jacket heats; cooling water can replace steam for cooling. Electric/hydraulic tilting discharges product.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Sanitary mirror polish + integrated CIP spray ball + sanitary clamp fittings + flange-style manhole; design eliminates dead zones for clean-in-place cycles. After each batch or material change, flush homogenizer head (cutting wheel, cutting sleeve, sliding bearing inside homogenizer sleeve) with clean water while rotating slowly.
