The SED-500QYDJ-A is a linear fully automatic lamp inspection (visual inspection) machine for pharmaceutical bottles. It uses machine vision to detect visible foreign particles (glass fragments, metal shavings, fibers, h
Funcionamiento
Pharmaceutical bottles are conveyed via conveyor belt (or manual loading) to the machine's buffer infeed conveyor, then positioned by screw conveyor to the star-wheel infeed device and arranged on the transport roller-axle. The bottles enter the inspection darkroom and rotate continuously. The bottle rotates to spin the liquid inside; the bottle then brakes to a stop while the liquid continues to rotate (inertia), carrying any particles into motion. Concentrated infrared (LED cold light) sources create a light curtain in which the Tyndall effect makes foreign particles appear in strong contrast. Six Basler AC1300 industrial cameras capture up to 150 frames/sec each. The computer system analyzes multiple images, identifies foreign particles, fill-level anomalies, cap and stopper defects, and bottle-wall cracks, and uses a Bernoulli-principle compressed-air mechanism (not vacuum suction cups) to automatically reject defective bottles. The 60-degree tilted tower-wheel transport structure ensures the camera captures the bottle bottom during the glass-fragment settling phase. Bottle rotation speed can reach up to 900 rpm.
