Funcionamiento
Tablets are loaded into the rotating Φ400 mm perforated SUS304 drum (3–15 rpm, cycloidal pinwheel reducer). Three-stage filtered, electrically heated air (6 kW) is drawn into the drum to provide drying. Coating solution from a 10 L stirred vessel is metered by a BT100 single-channel peristaltic pump and atomized through a Φ1.2 SUS304 spray gun onto the tumbling tablet bed. Internal SUS304 baffles cause oblique mixing and tumbling for uniform coating. Exhaust air is pulled by a 2.2 kW centrifugal high-pressure induced-draft fan through a bag dust collector (Φ300 × Φ200 bags, traps 150-mesh fines) that is auto-cleaned by pulse solenoid valves; recovered fines exit via a Φ50 butterfly valve. Silencer ensures fan noise ≤75 dB.
Proceso de funcionamiento
