Tablets are loaded into the rotatingΦ400 mm perforated SUS304 drum(3–15 rpm, cycloidal pinwheel reducer). Three-stage filtered, electrically heated air(6 kW) is drawn into the drum to provide drying. Coating solution from a 10 L stirred vessel is metered by a BT100 single-channel peristaltic pump and atomized through aΦ1.2 SUS304 spray gun onto the tumbling tablet bed. Internal SUS304 baffles cause oblique mixing and tumbling for uniform coating. Exhaust air is pulled by a 2.2 kW centrifugal high-pressure induced-draft fan through a bag dust collector(Φ300 ×Φ200 bags, traps 150-mesh fines) that is auto-cleaned by pulse solenoid valves; recovered fines exit via aΦ50 butterfly valve. Silencer ensures fan noise ≤75 dB.
