Funcionamiento

Continuous flat-plate form-fill-seal process: PVC web is heated by contact plates and pressure-formed into blister cavities; servo traction indexes the web through a frame-type feeder which loads tablets/capsules into pockets; PTP foil with photoelectric register control laminates from above; flat heat-seal jaws with mating dot-pattern (or linear) textured plates seal foil-to-PVC simultaneously on both surfaces; an independent batch-code embossing station with dedicated heater prints the lot number; tear-line embossing station follows; flat blanking die cuts finished blisters; trim waste is recovered and finished product / rejects are sorted and discharged.

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pre-production: wipe outer surfaces and conveyor tracks with clean damp cloth; open hood and wipe interior. Post-shift: wipe all inner and outer surfaces and conveyor tracks. Mechanical parts: clean with detergent (alcohol) and clean cloth. Electronic components: use dry cloth only, avoid water/detergent splash. Pneumatic cylinders and springs: wipe with dry cloth and apply pneumatic oil drops. Do not disassemble valves for cleaning — contact manufacturer.
