SED-400SZ-H — Mezclador-granulador húmedo

Three-leaf specially-shaped blending wheel rotates at controlled speed via gearing to move material regularly for efficient mixing. Mixed wet material is then cut into uniform particles in short time by the high-speed rotary cutter. Mixing, wetting and granulating proceed automatically and continuously within ten minutes in the same chamber. Compressed air >0.5 MPa pressurizes shaft seals to keep powder out of sealed chamber. For cleaning, water is added to the barrel and blender + cutter run. Granulation status judged by max electricity consumption. Operation sequence: turn on electricity → open airproof + discharge valve controls → add main + auxiliary material → close cover → low-speed blending → high-speed blending → dry-mix complete → low-speed cutting → add adhesive → high-speed cutting (granulating) → stop and discharge.
