SED-3ZSJ-T vacuum powder feeder (electrical type). Whirlpool-pump-driven (3.0 kW, 380V 50Hz 3-phase) vacuum conveyor that lifts powder/granule material from drums or floor-level containers up to mixers, reactors, hoppers
Funcionamiento
Whirlpool pump creates negative pressure in the Ø290 mm stainless-steel hopper. Material is sucked from the source through the stainless-steel suction nozzle and Ø51 mm PVC steel-wire hose into the hopper, where air/material separation occurs at the film-covered filter (Ø50 × 200 mm PE). After each feed cycle, a reversing valve switches to unloading: the pneumatic discharge door opens to drop material into the receiving equipment, then compressed-air back-blow cleans the filter. Level meter auto-starts when material falls below setpoint, auto-stops when above setpoint.

After each batch or material change: (1) Open clip, remove hopper cover; (2) Remove filter — blow off powder with compressed air, then clean with warm water ≤80°C and a soft brush only (no hard brushes, which reduce filter accuracy); (3) Dry filters naturally or in oven ≤50°C until fully dry before reinstalling; (4) Open clips and rinse hopper with clean water; (5) Reassemble per assembly diagram.
