Funcionamiento

10-station intermittent rotary table. Stations 1–2: capsules drop from hoppers into delivery plates; horizontal then vertical forks plus vacuum suction push capsules into die holes; cap and body are separated. Station 3: upper module rises, lower module moves outward. Station 4: powder in dosing chamber compressed five times and pushed into capsule body. Station 5: reserved expansion station for optional pellet filling device (pellets only or mixed pellet+powder). Station 6: vacuum cleaning pipe rejects defective unseparated capsules. Station 7: lower module moves inward and rises. Station 8: locking push rod rises to lock filled capsules. Station 9: elastic silicone capsule-retaining plate ejects filled capsules without blower fan — prevents powder blow-back and dust. Station 10: telescoping hollow tappet (ventilating rod) cleans die-hole inner walls in-process.
