Funcionamiento
The machine operates with a turntable that works intermittently across 10 stations. Stations 1–2: Capsules from the hopper enter two delivery plates vertically via funnels; horizontal forks push them to correction blocks, then vertical forks and vacuum suction feed capsules into die holes and separate cap from body. Station 3: Upper module moves up; lower module moves outward for filling. Station 4: Powder filling — powder compressed five times and pushed into capsule body. Station 5: Reserved for optional pellet filling device (pellets alone or mixed with powder). Station 6: Vacuum cleaning pipe rejects defective unseparated capsules. Station 7: Lower module moves inward and rises. Station 8: Locking push rod rises to lock filled capsules. Station 9: Locked capsules pushed out and collected. Station 10: Cleaning system cleans die holes; cycle repeats.
