Funcionamiento
Sheet (PVC/PET) is loaded onto the unwind frame and threaded into a dual-servo film-clamp chain. The clamps index the sheet through an upper/lower heater (auto-retracting on stop to prevent overheating), then into a forming station where vacuum and blow air combine with hydraulic-pneumatic booster cylinders to thermoform 3 blister cavities per mold via positive/negative pressure. A 5-10 T air-hydraulic booster punches aircraft (hanger) holes via a hardware die. A 15-20 T booster cuts the blister contour with a steel-rule die. Waste film is auto-rewound. A robotic arm picks the blisters and auto-stacks them on a conveyor that indexes by mold height (optional).
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Sheet (PVC/PET) is loaded onto the unwind frame and threaded into a dual-servo film-clamp chain.
