Funcionamiento
Raw material is sifted by SED-1000SF-A and collected in a 1000 L IBC, then drawn into the SED-1000SZ-A by a SED-4ZSJ-E vortex vacuum feeder. Inside the granulator: dry mixing → binder addition (≥80 L pressure vessel @ 8 bar) → wet granulation by high-speed cutter. Granules discharge to SED-300ZL-A wet mill, then are vacuum-conveyed to SED-300GF-A fluid bed where pre/EU9/HEPA-filtered air is steam-heated and fluidises the bed under negative pressure for drying. Dried granules are vacuum-fed to SED-250ZL-A dry mill (multi-mill), then to a 2000 L IBC, and finally homogenised in the SED-20TH-A bin mixer.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Raw material is sifted by SED-1000SF-A and collected in a 1000 L IBC, then drawn into the SED-1000SZ-A by a SED-4ZSJ-E vortex vacuum feeder.
