Funcionamiento
Integrated line operation: PVC is heated and positive-pressure formed → tablets are fed via vibrating feeder → roller heat-sealing with PTP aluminum foil → batch number coding (heated) → punching using misaligned-cutting (1 mm gap, saving ~172,800 RMB/year in material) → qualified blisters are vacuum-transferred by the servo manipulator into two conveyor belt channels → blisters queue into dual magazines of the cartoning machine → leaflet folding (300 sheets/min) → carton opening, blister + leaflet insertion, box closing, batch number embossing → dual-level detection ensures 100% qualified output → box barcode scanning and rejection of unqualified boxes.
