Integrated line operation: PVC is heated and positive-pressure formed→ tablets are fed via vibrating feeder→ roller heat-sealing with PTP aluminum foil→ batch number coding(heated) → punching using misaligned-cutting(1 mm gap, saving~172,800 RMB/year in material) → qualified blisters are vacuum-transferred by the servo manipulator into two conveyor belt channels→ blisters queue into dual magazines of the cartoning machine→ leaflet folding(300 sheets/min) → carton opening, blister + leaflet insertion, box closing, batch number embossing→ dual-level detection ensures 100% qualified output→ box barcode scanning and rejection of unqualified boxes.
