SED-300CZQ-A — Pure Steam Generator 300 kg/h

Feed purified water is pressurised by a CNP booster pump and metered via a Yuanyu pneumatic proportional valve into the top of the vertical evaporator, where it forms a falling film on the inner tube surfaces. Industrial steam (or electric heating elements) on the shell side vaporises the film; the resulting vapor passes through a separator that removes entrained droplets and pyrogens, yielding pure steam at the outlet (working pressure 0.3–0.35 MPa, design pressure 0.6 MPa). A sampling condenser (vertical double-tubesheet, SUS316L) allows pure-steam quality testing. Pressure transmitters, PT100 sensors, and a liquid-level transmitter (all Hangzhou Tuobao) feed the PLC for automated monitoring and alarming.
