Funcionamiento
Bottles are fed into the 304 SS rotary unscrambler and indexed through stations by a proprietary servo divider (Delta custom): (1) 316L magnetic-pump filling — servo motor drives precise volume metering via anti-drip nozzle; (2) inner-stopper insertion from a frequency-controlled vibration bowl — photoelectric sensor detects missing stopper and triggers auto-stop or alarm; (3) cap-hooking from an outer-cap vibration bowl; (4) three- or four-claw rolling-on capping head seals the vial; mechanical anti-burst device prevents seam explosion from misaligned caps. Same-direction in/out conveyance avoids jams; fill height adjustable within a ±25 mm window without tooling change.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Wear parts: capping head, filling-head sealing rings and silicone tubing — replace at routine service intervals. Vibration bowl height adjustment: single person, 5 minutes, no foot-cup movement required. Inner stopper material (gray vs white silicone) requires separate setup — cannot be changed on the fly. Same outer cap, same inner stopper, same bottle diameter with ±25 mm height difference: no tooling change needed.
