Funcionamiento
Bottles on the conveyor are stopped at the fill position by a pneumatic blocker; a bottle photo-eye confirms bottle presence (no-bottle-no-fill). Material from the 57 L hopper is fed onto the 3-stage adjustable electromagnetic vibration plates, sorting objects into 24 narrow channels. Each channel passes falling pieces through dust-resistant photoelectric counting sensors; the controller tallies pieces per bottle and triggers a flap/hold mechanism to release the counted dose. Tilted-bottle and bottle-jam detection halt counting on fault. PLC + touch-screen allows operators to set fill quantity, vibration speed per stage, and conveyor speed.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Power off and brush down vibration plates and channels between products. Wipe SUS304 contact path with neutral detergent. The 3-stage vibration platform can be upgraded to a removable design for easier cleaning. Clear hopper between products to avoid cross-contamination.
