Bottles on the conveyor are stopped at the fill position by a pneumatic blocker; a bottle photo-eye confirms bottle presence(no-bottle-no-fill). Material from the 57 L hopper is fed onto the 3-stage adjustable electromagnetic vibration plates, sorting objects into 24 narrow channels. Each channel passes falling pieces through dust-resistant photoelectric counting sensors; the controller tallies pieces per bottle and triggers a flap/hold mechanism to release the counted dose. Tilted-bottle and bottle-jam detection halt counting on fault. PLC + touch-screen allows operators to set fill quantity, vibration speed per stage, and conveyor speed.

Power off and brush down vibration plates and channels between products. Wipe SUS304 contact path with neutral detergent. The 3-stage vibration platform can be upgraded to a removable design for easier cleaning. Clear hopper between products to avoid cross-contamination.
