SED-2-3ZLX-A — Granulator - Wet Granulation Production Line

Powder ingredients are blended in a 3000 L V-type mixer (1500 L working volume, 500–1000 kg/batch, 10–20 min mixing). The blend is transferred into a 1200 L RMG where dry mixing (~2 min) and wet granulation (1–4 min) are performed in the same sealed vessel, reducing adhesive use by ~25% vs traditional methods and cutting drying time. Wet granules pass through an inline wet mill (GZL-350, 5.5 kW) and then into the vibration fluid-bed dryer operating at 150 °C inlet / 70–80 °C outlet for drying from ~30% to 2% moisture. Dried granules are sized through a 1200 vibrating sifter (12–200 mesh) and conveyed by belt to downstream equipment.
