Funcionamiento
Empty bottles are conveyed in a single line under the filling head. A screw auger (interchangeable to suit fill range) doses powder by counted rotations into each bottle, with weight feedback from a load cell ensuring ±0.5–1% accuracy. Delta PLC controls the dosing screw, conveyor, and ancillary pneumatic actions; touchscreen HMI sets fill weight and speed. Sick photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence; AirTAC pneumatics handle bottle indexing and stops. Linear single-head architecture is simple to clean and change over.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Power off and disconnect air supply before cleaning. Wipe down stainless steel surfaces; do not water-spray electrical components. Clean dosing screw and all powder-contact parts at product changeover. Periodically calibrate weighing sensor. Replace worn seals and consumables to extend service life.
