Funcionamiento
Medicine in the 30 L hopper is fed via three-stage electromagnetic vibratory feeder (closed-loop vibration sensor feedback) onto 16 parallel channels arranged in a staircase layout. A CCD linear camera with proprietary backlight imaging (~250 imaging points/channel, 0.12 mm resolution) uses area-based recognition. After reaching set count, integrated small-gate splitting device (patented: MAC USA 44C-ABA-GDFA solenoid valves + SMC CJ2KB16-40Z gate cylinders + SMC CXSM15-35 platform cylinders) releases the exact count. Schneider TM241 PLC / ATV12 VFD controls the line. High-pressure dust removal cycle user-configurable. Power auto-stabilizer (Delixi TND-1000VA) and compressed air pressure monitoring protect against supply instability.
