Funcionamiento
Tablets/pills tumble continuously inside a perforated rotating coating drum (2–15 rpm) under negative pressure. A peristaltic pump (film coating) or strong rotor pump (sugar coating thick slurry) feeds coating media to spray guns that atomize it onto the tablet bed. Three-stage HEPA-filtered hot air passes through the tumbling tablet layer and exits via a pulse-bag dust-filtered exhaust system, rapidly drying the coating layer. The entire process is managed by Siemens S7-200 SMART / S7-1200 PLC with Siemens Smart 1000IE / TP1200 Comfort HMI. Auto reverse rotation for discharging (new model); air-bag door sealing.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Tablets/pills tumble continuously inside a perforated rotating coating drum (2–15 rpm) under negative pressure.
2A peristaltic pump (film coating) or strong rotor pump (sugar coating thick slurry) feeds coating media to spray guns that atomize it onto the tablet bed.

Optional auto CIP machine cycles drinking/hot/purified water (and detergent) through 7 DN19 KLY spray balls and pneumatic diaphragm valves to clean drum, exhaust port, and pipework without manual entry. Filter cartridges can be removed and cleaned from outside.
