Tablets/pills tumble continuously inside a perforated rotating coating drum(2–15 rpm) under negative pressure. A peristaltic pump(film coating) or strong rotor pump(sugar coating thick slurry) feeds coating media to spray guns that atomize it onto the tablet bed. Three-stage HEPA-filtered hot air passes through the tumbling tablet layer and exits via a pulse-bag dust-filtered exhaust system, rapidly drying the coating layer. The entire process is managed by Siemens S7-200 SMART / S7-1200 PLC with Siemens Smart 1000IE / TP1200 Comfort HMI. Auto reverse rotation for discharging(new model); air-bag door sealing.
