Funcionamiento
Uncoated tablet cores tumble continuously inside a clean, enclosed perforated coating cylinder. Coating medium is delivered from a thermostatic stirrer barrel by a peristaltic pump (PP-6/BT-600CA) to an automatic spray gun (Japanese IWATA WA-101) and distributed on the tablet cores. Simultaneously, clean hot air (filtered to 100,000-class, 40–80 °C) supplied from the hot-air cabinet penetrates through the moving tablet bed from above and is extracted from the drum mesh at the bottom by an explosion-proof exhaust fan, rapidly and evenly drying the coating medium. The entire process is controlled by PLC with touch-screen display.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Uncoated tablet cores tumble continuously inside a clean, enclosed perforated coating cylinder.
2Coating medium is delivered from a thermostatic stirrer barrel by a peristaltic pump (PP-6/BT-600CA) to an automatic spray gun (Japanese IWATA WA-101) and distributed on the tablet cores.
3Simultaneously, clean hot air (filtered to 100,000-class, 40–80 °C) supplied from the hot-air cabinet penetrates through the moving tablet bed from above and is extracted from the drum mesh at the bottom by an explosion-proof exhaust fan, rapidly and evenly drying the coating medium.
4The entire process is controlled by PLC with touch-screen display.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Clean machine and spare parts before installation. Change/clean filters in hot-air device every ~3000 working hours per GMP. Regularly clean blower and exhaust pipe of air-exhaust cabinet. After coating, remove remaining coating medium from spray gun, peristaltic pump, and stirrer barrel.
