Funcionamiento
Bulk bottles are tipped into the unscrambler bowl. A vibrating plate drives bottles into the rotating starwheel which orients them mouth-up onto the conveyor. At the counting station, product travels along corrugated vibratory channels into 12 counting channels; a photoelectric sensor counts each piece as it falls into the bottle. Filled bottles pass to the desiccant inserter, then capper, foil sealer, and labeller in sequence. Photoelectric sensors at each station detect missing or jammed bottles and trigger automatic pause/restart.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bulk bottles are tipped into the unscrambler bowl.
