Funcionamiento
The machine operates on a time-controlled gravity filling principle: under constant liquid pressure, the PLC controls the opening time of each filling valve to dispense a precise volume of liquid into each bottle. Bottles are conveyed inline, positioned under the filling nozzles, filled, then transferred to the tracking capping station where servo-driven capping heads follow the moving bottle to apply caps while the bottle is clamped by belts.
Proceso de funcionamiento
