SED-10YGF1-K is a high-speed pre-filled syringe filling line targeting RTU nested-tray (box-type) pre-filled syringes. It performs unpacking, film tearing, liner removal, filling, and stoppering in one integrated line. B

Funcionamiento
RTU nested pre-filled syringes are unpacked and de-nested in-line. Ten filling needles rise with the liquid surface (bottom-up fill, anti-splash). Ceramic piston pumps meter each dose. Rubber stoppers are sorted and conveyed by a vibratory bowl feeder (SUS316L clean bowl, no dead corners, removable sterilisable top tray) and inserted automatically. All synchronous motions are servo-controlled; overall machine is PLC-managed with Siemens HMI.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1RTU nested pre-filled syringes are unpacked and de-nested in-line.
2Ten filling needles rise with the liquid surface (bottom-up fill, anti-splash).
3Ceramic piston pumps meter each dose.
4Rubber stoppers are sorted and conveyed by a vibratory bowl feeder (SUS316L clean bowl, no dead corners, removable sterilisable top tray) and inserted automatically.
5All synchronous motions are servo-controlled; overall machine is PLC-managed with Siemens HMI.
