Funcionamiento
The specially shaped three-blade impeller rotates to move materials in a regular pattern for efficient mixing. After mixing, the high-speed chopper cuts the wet mass into uniform granules in a short time. Mixing, wetting and granulating are all completed continuously in the same barrel (~10 min). Both drive shafts are sealed with rubber air-seals; >0.5 MPa compressed air purges powder from the seal cavity during operation.

Limpieza y mantenimiento
After each batch: pour water into the barrel and run blender + cutter to clean; discharge exit and barrel maintain good seal during cleaning. Periodically: check transmission parts, drain oil-water separator.
