Funcionamiento
Oil and water phases are pre-treated separately in dedicated 60 L and 80 L jacketed three-layer SUS316L pots with scraper / propeller stirrers and temperature sensors; jackets accept steam or electric heat. Heated phases are vacuum-sucked into the main 160 L design / 100 L working SUS316L vessel. Inside the main vessel, the ABB 3 kW homogeniser (0–4500 rpm) and Chenggang 1.5 kW wall-scraping frame stirrer (0–72 rpm) operate simultaneously under vacuum, providing intense shear, mixing and de-foaming. CIP head is fitted for in-place cleaning. Discharge options: pressure discharge, tilt, or rotor pump (optional). Siemens PLC manages interlocks, process recipes, and audit trails.
Proceso de funcionamiento
