Funcionamiento
PVC/PET/OPS shrink-sleeve film roll is fed through a buffer + tension control unit, then cut to length by a servo-driven eccentric-blade cutter (±1 mm). Two sets of high-speed rotating brush wheels shoot the sleeve onto the bottle at high speed. Two sets of servo-synchronised drive rollers maintain precise film tension. Bottles are separated by a screw-divider mechanism synchronised with the conveyor; the entire line speed is VFD-adjustable. HMI (WEINVIEW) + PLC (Panasonic) controls manual/auto/parameter/monitor modes.
Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento
Stainless-steel surfaces: wipe clean with neutral detergent and soft cloth. Water tray (under tunnel) collects condensate — drain regularly. Do not spray water directly onto electrical enclosures.
