Funcionamiento
Pre-heated drug solution (typically 80–85 °C) is fed from the 60 L stirred feed tank through a thermal-oil-jacketed line into the 1,500 ml double-walled drop tank. 100 drop nozzles release droplets by gravity into the three-stage insulated cooling column filled with cooling oil from the imported chiller/spiral exchanger. Solidified pellets overflow at the adjustable column exit, are conveyed to the YLSJ-I centrifuge-screener, where residual oil is removed and pellets are size-classified. Cold air is recovered and recirculated.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pre-heated drug solution (typically 80–85 °C) is fed from the 60 L stirred feed tank through a thermal-oil-jacketed line into the 1,500 ml double-walled drop tank.
2100 drop nozzles release droplets by gravity into the three-stage insulated cooling column filled with cooling oil from the imported chiller/spiral exchanger.
3Solidified pellets overflow at the adjustable column exit, are conveyed to the YLSJ-I centrifuge-screener, where residual oil is removed and pellets are size-classified.
4Cold air is recovered and recirculated.
