Funcionamiento

Air is filtered through pre-filter and sub-HEPA units, then heated by the 300 m² steam heat exchanger. The 45 kW induced-draft fan draws the heated airflow from below through the perforated plate of the hopper. Inside the chamber, the agitator and side cone-teeth fluidize and continuously redistribute material under negative pressure. Water vapor evaporates rapidly and is carried out with the exhaust, collected by 110 anti-static polyester bags cleaned continuously by pulse-jet. The worm-gear actuator tilts the hopper/trolley for discharge.

Proceso de funcionamiento

Limpieza y mantenimiento

Pneumatic bottom flange tool (bayonet 3-point vertical lift) provided for safe bottom-flange removal. Replace/clean filter bags by removing the cage frame from the top via the pulse blowback tube. Wipe inner chamber and cone after each batch.
