Funcionamiento
Slurry is delivered at variable VFD-controlled speed through the inclined distribution disc (rotating asynchronously to the drum) onto the SS304 drum inner wall. At 1100 rpm, centrifugal force (max factor 677) separates liquid through the screen into the DN100 mother-liquor outlet. Cake is washed via DN20 wash pipe through the distributor, then high-speed spin-dried. The drum decelerates and a hydraulically driven scraper peels the residual cake (8-10 mm) into the 560 mm collection hopper. PLC process interlocks coordinate the full-auto cycle.
