Funcionamiento
Wet material enters the drum head via the belt feeder and metering device. The slightly inclined Φ1.6 m × 7 m drum rotates at 0–6 rpm (VFD, Siemens 11 kW motor + SEW gearbox). Internal SS304 lifters continuously pick up and shower the material, forming a stable full-section material curtain that maximizes heat exchange with hot air. The dryer can operate in counter-current mode (flue gas and wet material enter from opposite ends) for high evaporation intensity. Dried product exits at the drum tail; residual fines entrained in exhaust air are recovered in a buyer-supplied separator. Exhaust air is discharged by a buyer-supplied induced-draft fan.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Wet material enters the drum head via the belt feeder and metering device.
