Funcionamiento
Horizontal double-jacket vessel. Cycle: Auto preparation -> pulsating vacuum (removes residual cold air for uniform temperature) -> heat-up via saturated steam injection -> sterilization hold at 139°C/0.25 MPa -> vacuum dehydration combined with jacket drying -> end. Pneumatic compressed-air-actuated medical-silicone door seal; double-door interlock separates dirty/clean zones; pressure-safety interlock prevents door opening under pressure or steam admission with door unsealed. PLC controls pressure, temperature, and F0; trends and reports printed at end of cycle. Two channels of in-chamber temperature monitoring (hard PT100 + soft PT100 probes) for both space and liquid-load temperature.

1Horizontal double-jacket vessel.
