Funktionsweise
Bottles arrive on the infeed conveyor, are aligned into the chosen pack pattern (6/9/12/15/18/20/24), then wrapped with PE film fed through a photoelectric-controlled feeder. The sleeve sealing knife — steel with a Teflon coating — performs a constant-temperature heat seal followed by a rapid cooling structure that locks the seal. The collation transfers into the shrink tunnel (1500 mm long, 700×500 mm mouth) where two centrifugal hot-air loops circulate heat across the pack inside a 3-layer insulated chamber, shrinking the PE film tightly. A reinforced cooling/setting channel hardens the wrap before the pack exits at the 850–950 mm discharge height.
