SED-80RTJX1-B (pectin) is a fully-servo pectin gummy candy depositing production line — a sanitary continuous line that produces uniform-size pectin jellies at 50-80 kg/h. The line consists of a 220L electromagnetic cook
Funktionsweise
Continuous depositing of pectin gummies: 1) Sugar/syrup batch is melted in 220L electromagnetic-heated cooker (105-120°C cooking, oil 150-200°C) with 0.75kW agitator. 2) Lobe transfer pump moves syrup to a 300L jacketed storage tank (80-90°C) with 6kW electric heating and 0.75kW mixer. 3) Discharge lobe pump feeds the depositor hopper (60-150°C settable). 4) Twin-color servo depositor (2x1.5kW servo motors) doses 2-12g per cavity into Teflon-coated aluminum molds; depositor head auto-tracks with 1kW servo; 5-route 5.5kW depositor temperature control. 5) In-line color/flavor mixers (2x0.37kW) and 4 dosing pumps (4L/h max each) blend additives just before depositing. 6) Filled molds travel through a cooling tunnel cooled by MT64 5HP compressor (3.75kW) on 0.75kW conveyor, then proceed to chain-type demolding with brushes. Pneumatic oil sprayer pre-coats molds. PLC + HMI + VFD coordinate temperatures, mold speed and dosing.

Reinigung und Wartung
Pre-production wash: heat the lines with hot water (95-100°C) circulated from cooker through transfer pumps and storage tank to depositor hopper, then deposit through cleaning tray; drain via cleaning-tray hole or three-way side drain valve. Storage-tank jacket water tops up every ~3 days (overflow port indicates full). End-of-day cleaning: when cooker is empty, add water immediately and heat to 95-100°C, run mixer to clean; transfer hot water to storage tank via syrup pump; run discharge pump to clean depositor hopper (approx. 10 min); repeat 2-3 times until clean.
