Elevator feeds cups → sorting tray separates into two rows → empty-cup dust/static removal → cup conveying and positioning with detection → vacuum feeding → servo precision auger dosing (inline weight check) → anti-empty-cup detection → cup-edge powder cleaning → film unwinding and primary heat-sealing with positioning → film detection → secondary heat-sealing → vision inspection → soft cup discharge → outfeed conveyor.
