Funktionsweise
Double-discharge rotary tablet press: turret rotates with 83 punch stations under BB tooling. In one turret revolution, the upper and lower punches complete two cycles of powder filling, dosing, pre-pressing, main pressing, and ejection (double output). Powder is force-fed by a 3-paddle two-layer impeller central feeder driven by a VFD-controlled motor. Pre-press and main-press rollers (250 mm diameter) apply up to 100 kN each. A TEDEA gravity sensor under the press roller centerline measures every punch's pressure; the PCC control servo-adjusts filling cam to keep tablet weight within ±2%. Servo motors and synchronous motors driven by 6 encoders set positions at 0.01 mm precision. Bilayer tablet pressing is achieved by changing one set of cam tracks.
