Funktionsweise
Operator manually hangs empty popsicle/jelly-stick tube bottles onto the indexing rotary table that steps under VFD speed control (cam splitter + worm-gear reducer). Bottles index through double-shot copper-piston filling stations (liquid level maintained by float switch), bubble-knock, nozzle-rinse, dual-zone heating, then into the double-action pneumatic press-seal station where a proprietary needle mechanism seals the tube mouth. Finished bottles auto-discharge to outfeed. All timing is controlled by cam + pneumatic circuits.
