Funktionsweise
Vibratory bowl orients spiral caps mouth-up onto an indexing plate. At successive stations: (1) cap infeeding; (2) sensor detection after feeding; (3) silica gel filling; (4) sensor detection after filling; (5) liner die-cut from coil and insertion; (6) sensor detection after liner insertion; (7 & 8) first and second heating groups bond the liner; (9) cooling and shaping group; (10) NG rejection station — any cap failing detection at steps 2, 4, or 6 is bypassed at heating and ejected here; (11) way out / counting. Linear vibrator dedusts final caps. An optional outlet-shift device auto-switches bins at preset counts.
