Vibratory bowl orients spiral caps mouth-up onto an indexing plate. At successive stations:(1) cap infeeding;(2) sensor detection after feeding;(3) silica gel filling;(4) sensor detection after filling;(5) liner die-cut from coil and insertion;(6) sensor detection after liner insertion;(7& 8) first and second heating groups bond the liner;(9) cooling and shaping group;(10) NG rejection station — any cap failing detection at steps 2, 4, or 6 is bypassed at heating and ejected here;(11) way out / counting. Linear vibrator dedusts final caps. An optional outlet-shift device auto-switches bins at preset counts.
