Funktionsweise
Liquid coating material is metered (peristaltic pump with level-switch auto top-up) onto a comma-knife coating head with servo-controlled gap to set film thickness; coating width is adjustable for trial vs production. The coated film passes through two independent drying zones with internal forced hot-air circulation, exhausted via a centrifugal fan. Each zone has independent PID control of temperature (RT to 99°C ±2°C), humidity and solvent concentration; built-in H14 HEPA filter ensures GMP-compliant heated air. A correction (web guide) keeps the carrier film centered ±1.0 mm. Dual rewind with air-shaft and magnetic-particle tension control collects the finished film, with laser diameter measurement.
Prozessbeschreibung
