Funktionsweise
Bottles enter via a buffered orientation tray → feed screw → star-wheel → rotary inspection zone. At the inspection station an electric servo spins each bottle while the vision system captures multiple images; image-tracking software classifies pass/reject and a divert mechanism splits flow into accept/reject lanes. Accepted bottles enter the leak-test station where high-voltage discharge passes current across the bottle wall; cracks or micro-pinholes change the current signature and the controller flags the bottle for compressed-air rejection. Accept and reject bottles exit on separate lanes. Conveyor overload triggers automatic stop to prevent breakage.
