Funktionsweise
Bottom film unwinds, passes through preheating and treatment stations, then is vacuum-formed into cavities on a rotating drum. Patented ceramic precision plunger pumps dispense liquid into each cavity. The top film unwinds and passes through a special wetting station (water-roller speed 10–1,000 rpm, flow-meter + roller-speed dual control) before bonding/sealing over the filled cavities. Sealed webs are longitudinally and transversely cut by servo-driven blade systems into individual pods, which are conveyed out at approximately 500 mm above floor level.
