Funktionsweise
Air-over-steam sterilization with forced recirculation. After load is placed on 304/316 SS sterilizing carts and double doors are closed (gas-seal interlock prevents door opening while pressurised), the cycle runs: preheat → sterilization (mixed clean steam + compressed air over-pressure, forced through one or more high-energy dual-speed blowers at 1.5 kW / <75 dB, circulating through the load for uniform temperature distribution ≤±2°C) → cooling and drying (cooling water fed into integral 304 SS cooling coils; condensed cold air flows through load to cool and evaporate surface moisture) → end. Optional hot-air drying stage for products with strict dryness requirements.
