Funktionsweise
Process: palm fruit bunch → vertical hot-water sterilization tank (3 bar saturated steam, ~145°C, 90-120 min, deactivates lipase, softens fruit) → drum-type thresher (vibration separates fruit from bunch; empty bunches discharged for compost/fuel) → mashing + cooking (rupture skin, separate flesh from kernel, soften flesh) → continuous screw oil press (twin-screw figure-8 horizontal cage, adjustable pressure cake-head controls residual oil and kernel breakage) → filtration → centrifugal disc separator → vacuum drying → storage. Effluent treated by lagoon/pond system before discharge.
